Ember Funded is a proprietary trading evaluation service. We provide technology-based trading assessment and funded trader programs. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or trading recommendations of any kind.

All trading conducted through our platform takes place in a simulated demonstration environment. Trades placed on our Trading Platform are not executed in live financial markets. The Trading Platform may use real-time market data, but all positions are representative in nature only. You are not trading real capital during the evaluation phase or as a Funded Trader.

Ember Funded is not a broker, dealer, exchange, clearinghouse, or financial institution. We do not hold client funds for the purpose of trading in live financial markets. Our services consist solely of the provision of trading technology, assessment services, and independent contractor arrangements for qualified Funded Traders.

Leveraged trading carries a high degree of risk. The use of leverage means that even small market movements can result in significant gains or losses relative to the size of your positions. Leverage of up to 1:100 is available on our platform, which means that a 1% adverse movement in the market could result in a total loss of the margin allocated to that position.

Market prices can be volatile and unpredictable. Prices of currencies, indices, commodities, and other financial instruments can fluctuate rapidly due to a wide range of factors including, but not limited to: economic data releases, geopolitical events, central bank decisions, natural disasters, market sentiment, and liquidity conditions. These factors are beyond the control of both Ember Funded and the trader.

You should not participate in our evaluation programs or funded trading activities unless you fully understand the nature and extent of your exposure to risk. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Trading on electronic platforms carries inherent risks. System failures, connectivity issues, software errors, data feed interruptions, and other technical problems can occur at any time. Such events may prevent orders from being executed, cause delays in order transmission, or result in trades being executed at prices different from those displayed at the time of order entry.

Ember Funded does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Trading Platform. We are not responsible for losses arising from delays or failures in order execution due to system outages, network interruptions, power failures, or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Internet connectivity is your responsibility. You acknowledge that disruptions to your internet service, hardware malfunctions, or issues with your local network may affect your ability to place, modify, or close trades in a timely manner.

Ember Funded operates under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Our services may not be available or permitted in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the use of our services is lawful in your country of residence or citizenship.

Our services are not directed at residents of any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. We do not solicit or accept users from Restricted Territories as defined in our Terms of Service.
