Please review our refund policy before purchasing any of our services.
Policy Summary
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Access Fees, Upgrade Fees, and all other payments are non-refundable once processed.
- By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
All Sales Are Final
All fees paid to Ember Funded, including but not limited to Access Fees for Assessment Programs, Upgrade Fees for Funded Trader accounts, and any other service-related payments, are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have voluntarily consented to the transaction and that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, except where expressly required by applicable law.
Access Fees
The Access Fee is a non-refundable fee for access to our trading assessment technology and evaluation services. This fee is charged for the provision of the Trading Platform and associated assessment services, regardless of the outcome of your Assessment Program. Payment of the Access Fee does not guarantee that you will pass the assessment, be offered a Funded Trader position, or achieve any particular result.
Upgrade Fees
If you successfully complete an Assessment Program and are offered a Funded Trader position, you may be required to pay an Upgrade Fee to activate your funded account. Upgrade Fees are non-refundable once the funded account has been provisioned, regardless of subsequent trading performance or account status.
Chargebacks
You must not submit a chargeback in relation to any fee on an unsubstantiated basis. This includes situations where you have started to receive the Services or have accessed the Trading Platform in any capacity. Ember Funded may present these Terms and this Refund Policy as evidence to refute any chargeback.
You will be liable for any costs the Company incurs — including administrative and legal costs on a full indemnity basis — to refute an unsubstantiated chargeback or recover amounts in connection with an unsubstantiated chargeback.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued where expressly required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Ember Funded reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to offer account credits or retries in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and does not establish a precedent or entitle any other user to similar treatment.
